Rebecca is due to graduate to the Toddler I class this August. One of the things we're working on to prepare is that she has to be able to sit at a table in a chair (baby-sized, of course!) while she eats her meals. No more being strapped in to a highchair.
WELL, tonight Rebecca sat at the family table, but instead of having the tray on her booster chair and strapping her in, we pulled her straight up to the table and left her unstrapped. She's made it through a few meals that way before, but tonight she not only sat at the table in her unstrapped chair like a big girl, she ate her corn and steak on a plate with silverware!
She hardly even threw any of it on the floor and she didn't even try to upend the plate. I am very proud! :D
